Challenge: Full-cycle SaaS for complex offshore geotechnical engineering
Designing and building a secure, high-performance multi-module cloud SaaS platform from scratch that handles complex geotechnical calculations — leg penetration analysis, caisson foundation design, and CPT data interpretation — meeting ISO 19905-1 standards and serving enterprise engineering teams worldwide.
Solution: Flutter Web + Laravel multi-module platform with Docker deployment
Delivered the complete product development cycle using Flutter Web for the cross-platform UI and Laravel for the backend API, containerised with Docker. Built three specialised engineering modules (SPUDPEN, CAISSON_VHM, GEOVISION), a multi-tier user management and licensing system, detailed PDF report generation, and a scalable cloud architecture — from UX/UI design to production deployment in 3 months.
Result: MVP in 3 months — official ongoing development partner
Launched the full CASK Software Suite MVP in 3 months. The platform is now used by leading offshore engineering companies including SBM Offshore, TotalEnergies, DEME, Multiconsult, and Bluewater. FlutterFirst became the official ongoing development partner, continuously evolving the platform.
